Born 12 December 1972 in Kalinowo, Poland. He was educated in Primary School in Kalinowo (1978-1987) and Electronic Technical School in Giżycko, Poland (1997-1992), then Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, where he receives MsC Eng Diploma in 1997. In 2007 he defended his PhD Thesis on „Differential Impedance Tomography”.

Tomasz Neumann received his master's degree in Physics (atomic spectroscopy) at Univesity of Gdańsk in 2007 and ten years later Ph.D. in Earth Science (oceanology) at Institute of Oceanology Polish Academy of Science where he simulated light propagation in turbid medium using the Monte Carlo method.
In 2007-2018 he had worked as a lecture of physics at Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics at the GUT. Artur Poliński received the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degrees in electronics from GUT, Poland, in 1994, and 1999, respectively, and received the M.Sc. and the Ph.D. degrees in mathematics from Gdańsk University, Poland, in 1997, and 2007 respectively. Anna Jezierska (Węsierska) received the engineering degree from ETI PG, Poland, in 2006, the Ph.D. degree from the University Paris-Est, Paris, France, in 2013. She is currently an adjunct Professor at the Departement of Biomedical Engineering ETI PG and an adjunct Professor at the IBS PAN at the Department of Mathematical Modelling and Optimization of Dynamical Systems. In 2014, A. Jezierska received PhD award 'Prix solennels de la Chancellerie des universites de Paris 2014'. Magdalena Madej obtained MSc in electronics in 2007 from the Gdansk University of Technology (GUT), Poland. Magdalena Mazur-Milecka received her M.Sc. degree in Electronic engineering in 2006. She has been working as a lecturer in the field of informatics and biomedical engineering in the Biomedical Engineering department, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication and Informatics at the Gdansk University of Technology since 2011. She was involved in cooperation with Medical University of Gdańsk on the project of experimental studies of stroke treatment automation. Lukasz Wozniak received his MSc in electronics in 2012 from the Gdańsk University of Technology. Since then he is a PhD student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Gdansk University of Technology. His main areas of interests are connected with the methods of features extraction and data analysis leading to improvement of sensing properties of gas sensors.
